Mark T Rivera, Ph.D. is an organizational behavior researcher and expert on creating effective teams. Mark led the research for Google’s groundbreaking Project Aristotle, which raised awareness about the importance of psychological safety in the workplace and identified the five key traits of effective teams. He’s worked with companies like Slack and Google to build products and experience that have helped millions of people collaborate more effectively.
In his recent TED Talk, Mark shared important research about working relationships and shared actionable tips to help people build stronger connections in and outside the office. Mark collaborated with TED on several occasions to host discussions on the quiet quitting phenomenon, team cohesion and the future of work.
